5 things to do when there is no time for fitness! Right side or the bed forever.

You’re all for fitness and health but find no time? You’re not much of a morning person but would love to fit in an effective workout routine in your day ? This blog is for you. Here’s a list of 5 quick and amazing exercise ideas which eliminates the problem of time , laziness  and work. With the WFH making way to a sedentary lifestyle these exercises are not only effective but also very much needed.

1.    Chicken wings:

Close each hand into a fist and bend your elbow. Then flap arms like mimicking a chicken. This is a great exercise to lose those flabs in upper arm. You could do it any time of the day when your hands aren’t busy. Thanks to the lockdown , the innumerable calls give us ample time to do this exercise.


2.    Power walk to the water:


Taking a 5-minute walk for every 1 hour improves concentration and rejuvenates mind  , thus improving productivity. Also, you do need to have water regularly(obviously to stay alive).So why not use this time for a power walk. Don’t keep water bottle near you. Instead walk to your water can, not in normal pace but in a fast pace swinging your arms. If the path is small draw an eight and try to follow the path. Extra points if you do chicken wings simultaneously.

3.    Suryanamaskar:


Yoga ! one of the most powerful fitness tools that our ancestors passed on it us. 21 Suryanamaskar per day is ideal . Before you get there, you can try 7 which is decent. To do seven it takes just 3 minutes . I am sure you could all spare those 3 minutes  when your login page and outlook is loading. Try doing it 3 times a day during short breaks. Voila! you will have your 21.The next step would be to do all together within 10 minutes.


4.    Toddler tantrum:


New Moms and Dads might get many opportunities to do this. Others can try too. Lie down on your back ,lift your legs and cycle in the air simultaneously throwing punches in the air like a kid throwing tantrum. You can do this as stress buster any time of the day and it makes you lose weight too. For parents the best or the only time to do this is while playing with your toddlers.

5.    Animal flow:


It’s an awesome body weight workout  that is very addictive. It might seem quite impossible to do when u look at the pictures but gets super easy. This needs some research, effort and practice before you start. However, once you start it even a routine of 3 minutes is immense cardio.
